Customer Responsibilities:
Customer must sleep on the mattress a min. of 30 nights. Limit of one exchange per consumer. Box springs, foundations and adjustable bases are excluded. Exchange is for an equal, or greater value mattress, in the Tempur-Pedic line only. There are no refunds. If the mattress is stained, or damaged the comfort guarantee is void. Delivery fee will apply. Please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty card for inspection details.
